High Court quashes Bihar government’s decision to increase reservation limit

New Delhi: After the caste census, the Patna High Court canceled the decision of the Bihar government to increase the reservation limit. After the decision of the Patna High Court, the limit of reservation already fixed will remain applicable in Bihar.

The reservation limit in the state was increased. In Bihar, the reservation limit was increased from 50 percent to 65 percent, however, the High Court reversed the decision.
