Operation Eagle: Jalandhar Police Commissioner led teams raid in Qazi Mandi against drugs

Jalandhar: Police Commissioner Swapan Sharma conducted a raid with heavy police force on Friday morning in Qazi Mandi, infamous for drugs. The sudden police raid caused a stir in the area.

Police Commissioner Swapan Sharma said that they have launched Operation Eagle against drugs in Qazi Mandi. During this time, about 300 personnel conducted a search operation in nearby areas including Qazi Mandi.

The police were constantly getting inputs about the sale of drugs, that is why they took action in the morning. The raid is still going on.
