500 new mohalla clinics to open in Punjab: Starting from January 26 next year

Punjab E News: The Punjab government will open around 500 more Aam Aadmi Clinics in the state in the next two months to provide better health facilities to the people. For this, rural and urban primary health centres (PHCs) will be upgraded to Aam Aadmi Clinics.

In most clinics, the main power will be ensured only by the internal management of the health department. About 85 new doctors will also be recruited for them. In this regard, AAP Punjab tweeted its Twitter handle and wrote, “After the HUGE success of 100 #AamAadmiClinics among citizens. @BhagwantMann Govt is all set to open 500 more #AamAadmiClinics on 26th January 2023. Providing excellent healthcare services to each and every section is our topmost priority.”
