I am also getting death threats: Raja Warring

Chandigarh: Punjab Congress Committee state president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring said that he too has been receiving death threats continuously.

Raja Warring has been holding meetings with Congressmen from the industrial city for the past three days for the municipal polls.
Talking to reporters in Ludhiana, he said that the law and order situation in Punjab has deteriorated and now it is the Taliban rule.
“Some people are saying in speeches that Raja Warring has to be blown up. “Neither the Congress leaders will be intimidated by such threats nor will the people of AAP back down from opposing the deadly policies,” Warring said.
He said chief minister Bhagwant Mann and his ministers have made statements that the situation in Punjab is better than in UP and Bihar. Perhaps the AAP leaders have forgotten that Punjab has never had a competition with UP and Bihar. Incidents of weapons display and firing are also taking place daily here but Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is busy campaigning in Gujarat. “For the first time in history, people are regretting electing the government only after eight months.” Meanwhile, Raja Warring held meetings with the councillors.
