Ex-minister Ashu’s PA, wanted in multi-crore tender scam, surrenders

Chandigarh: Pankaj Meenu Malhotra, personal secretary to former cabinet minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu, who has been nominated by the Vigilance Bureau in connection with the multi-crore tender scam, surrendered at the SSP vigilance office here today.
