Sidhu Moosewala murder case: Police submit second charge sheet in court

Chandigarh: A challan has been filed in a Mansa court against 11 persons, including CIA in-charge Pritpal Singh, who was sacked by the Mansa police in connection with the Deepak Tinu bhagora case. In this case, the Mansa court has canceled the bail of 10 people.

In this second charge sheet, Mansa police today filed the second charge sheet in the court, in which the challan of seven persons Deepak Mundi, Rajinder, Kapil Pandit, Bittu, Manpreet Toofan, Mani Raia and Jagtar Singh Moose has been presented. The Mansa police have so far filed a charge sheet against 31 persons in connection with the murder.
Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead on the evening of May 29, 2022. After the murder, a case was registered on the statements of the father and a charge sheet was first filed by the police in the court.
