Fast track courts to be set up for NRIs: Kuldeep Dhaliwal

Chandigarh: Punjab Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal said that the Punjab government would soon set up fast track courts in the state to facilitate early resolution of the issues of nri Punjabis.

Speaking at the 5th meeting held at the Golden Jubilee Convention Centre of Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, Cabinet Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal said that the state government was committed to resolve their grievances promptly by taking the initiative of such meetings. He said that this initiative of the state government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will yield good results.
Dhaliwal said that these courts will work dedicatedly for speedy disposal of issues related to civil cases of non-resident Indians (NRIs). He said that action would soon be initiated to set up courts for disposal of civil cases of NRIs so that their precious energy, time and money could be saved.
