Punjab News: Man, traffic cops fight over challan in Jalandhar

Punjabenews: There was a ruckus in the BMC chowk when a car driver was and traffic ASI clash over issuing challan. The sticker challan was issued to a driver and angry over the issue, he clashed with the cop Harpreet Singh and manhandled with him.
