Chandigarh Police releases pictures of attackers, stone pelters; announces Rs 10,000 for informant

Chandigarh: The UT Police has made public the photographs of the protesters after clashes broke out during a protest at the Chandigarh-Mohali border on February 8 for the release of the detained Sikhs.

A reward of Rs 10,000 has been announced for information about these protesters. The UT Police has said that the information of the informant will be kept confidential. 
The police have issued an email [email protected] or WhatsApp number 98759-84001 to provide information about the protesters. The Sector-36 police station had registered a case under other sections, including culpable homicide not amounting to murder, in connection with the incident.
Police have released pictures of the 10 attackers. Three of them have been identified as Hardeep Singh Brar, Harmandeep Singh Toofan and Satwant Singh Sandhu from Ludhiana. Several Chandigarh Police personnel were injured in the violent protest. Protesters vandalised several government vehicles
