IPS officer Arunpal Singh Posted as ADGP Jails Punjab

Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has made a major reshuffle in the prison department after he took over the department.

In place of ADGP Jail B Chandrashekhar, now another senior IPS officer of Punjab, Arunpal Singh, has been made in-charge of the jail.
Arunpal Singh will take charge on Monday. The Chief Minister is very serious about the functioning of the prison department. There may be more massive changes in the next few days. Chandrasekhar was leading the SIT in the Lawrence Bishnoi interview case.
