ED names AAP MP Raghav Chadha in liquor policy chargesheet
New Delhi: The ED has named Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha in its second charge sheet in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The ED says that Raghav had held a meeting with many businessmen in this case.
The name of AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha has been added to the ED supplementary charge sheet in the excise policy case.
According to the ED charge sheet, Manish Sisodia’s PA C Arvind has named Raghav Chadha in his statement. According to the chargesheet, C Arvind said in his statement that a meeting was held at deputy CM Manish Sisodia’s residence in which Raghav Chadha was present at the Excise Commissioner of Punjab, Punjab, Excise Officer and Vijay Nair.
