These medicines used in fever, headache are harmful to health, central government bans

New Delhi: If you also use these medicines when you complain of fever, headache, migraine, then be careful. The central government has banned fixed dose combination (FDC) drugs that provide immediate relief. The government has banned 14 drugs, including codeine syrup, paracetamol and nimesulide. According to the information, there is a risk of harm from these medicines. 
    The Union Health Ministry has taken this decision on the opinion of the expert committee. The Union Health Ministry has issued a notification banning these drugs. 
   The drugs that have been banned are as follows.
Nimesulide + Paracetamol
Salbutamol + Chlorpheniramine
Chlorpheniramine + Codeine Syrup
Amoxicillin + Bromhexine
Folcodeine + Promethagin
Bromhexine + Dextromethorphan + Ammonium Chloride Menthol
Paracetamol + Bromhexine Phenylephrine + Chlorpheniramine + Guaifenesin
