8 passengers injured in accident after PRTC bus overruns in Sangrur

In a tragic incident, a bus overturned in Sangrur district. The PRTC minibus, which was full of passengers, overturned on Sunam Road, leaving eight passengers badly injured. The injured passengers have been admitted to the civil hospital for treatment.

It is being told that the bus collided with the divider due to which the accident took place. 

On the other hand, the driver said that they brakes do not function properly and he had informed about it the department on various occasions despite this, the bus was forcibly sent on the route.

After which when he went to Sunam Road, an attempt was made to apply brakes from him but the brakes did not apply due to which the bus full of passengers overturned. Doctors say all are now out of danger.
