Gurdaspur youth dies in road accident near LA
New Delhi: A youth from Bahadur village in Gurdaspur died in a road accident in the US. The deceased has been identified as Jagjot Singh (30), a resident of Bahadur village in Dinanagar. He went to the US in 2017 in search of a better future. There he died during a road accident.
Joginder Singh, father of the deceased, said, “He used to work as a driver in the US. Supporting his family, he worked as a truck driver from New York to California and was seriously injured in a horrific accident in the city of L.A. on the last day, August 28. He was admitted to a private hospital in LA after a road accident. He said that he was informed about the unfortunate incident by his relatives in the US yesterday.
