Bathinda: The District Congress Committee Bathinda led by state president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring staged a massive protest against the Punjab government for failing to curb the menace of drugs.
President Raja Warring, Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa, former CM Charanjit Singh Channi, former cabinet ministers Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Bharat Bhushan Ashu and others were present to address the protest.
They also raised the issue of unlawful arrest of MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira in an old drug case.
