Operation Ajay: First batch of 212 Indians from Israel arrives in Delhi
New Delhi: The first flight carrying 212 Indians has arrived at Delhi airport amid the Israel-Hamas war. The first batch of Indians from Tel Aviv has arrived at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar was present at the airport to receive these passengers.
A passage Seema, who was among 212 Indians evacuated from Israel said, “I was working as an airport manager in Tel Aviv on behalf of Air India, I was there for the last 10 months, from where we were evacuated. The situation there has been tense for the last 4-5 days. I suffered a lot of trouble there. My family lives in India, but I am glad to be back at home. “
