New Delhi: The Supreme Court has asked the governments of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh to immediately stop stubble burning in view of the increasing air pollution in Delhi-NCR.Â
   The court said that Delhi cannot be allowed to go through this phase year after year.
