Punjab E News: The Punjab Govt has declared November 16 as a public holiday. A notification in this regard has already been issued. According to the notification, in view of the martyrdom day of Kartar Singh Sarabha, there will be a public holiday in Punjab on November 16 i.e. Thursday. Therefore, government offices, boards, corporations and non-government educational institutions in the state will remain closed on this day.
