Delhi CM Kejriwal moves Sessions Court against magisterial court orders of summoning in ED’s complaints

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has moved the sessions court in the Delhi Excise Policy case money laundering case. CM Kejriwal has challenged the summons issued to him by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on the complaints of the ED. The court had directed Kejriwal to appear before it on March 16.

The Enforcement Directorate had recently filed two complaints against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for not complying with summons issued by the central probe agency in the Delhi liquor policy money laundering case.

The ED had told its court that Arvind Kejriwal is deliberately not following the ED summons.

After this, the Rouse Avenue Court had directed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to appear in the court on Saturday (March 16), which the CM has challenged in the sessions court.
