Lok Sabha polls: PM Modi to hold rally in Haryana and Punjab today, CM Mann’s roadshow in Jalandhar

Chandigarh: Political activities have intensified in Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh as the date of voting approaches.

Today is the last day of campaigning in Haryana. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are arriving for rallies.

The Prime Minister will also hold a rally in Patiala, where security has been tightened considering Punjab’s history with Modi. A 5 km radius around Mohali Airport has been declared a no-fly zone.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann will address a rally in Jalandhar today, seeking votes for the Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Jalandhar, Pawan Kumar Tinu.

The Chief Minister will first visit Phillaur sub division in Jalandhar, followed by road shows in Nakodar, Jalandhar Cantt, and Adampur.
