Violence breaks out in West Bengal

New Delhi: Under the last phase of Lok Sabha elections, voting is being held in many states across the country today. Violence is once again being reported in West Bengal during voting. In Kultali of South 24 Parganas, EVM and VVPAT machines were thrown into the water.

This incident occurred at booth numbers 40 and 41 in Kultali. Several supporters of ISF and CPIM were injured in the violence during the seventh phase of elections.

Trinamool supporters are being blamed for this attack. There are also reports of the use of crude bombs in the attack. Currently, policemen from Polarhat police station are present at the scene to deal with the situation.
