After Punjab, BJP-Congress announced candidates for Himachal Pradesh bypolls, Check

Chandigarh: After the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the BJP has announced the candidate for the by-election in Jalandhar, Punjab. BJP has given ticket to Sheetal Angural, who left AAP. This seat fell vacant after his resignation. Due to which by-elections are now being held.

At the same time, Congress has announced candidates for by-elections to two assembly seats in Himachal. The party has fielded Dr Pushpendra Verma from Hamirpur and Bawa Hardeep Singh from Nalagarh. While the ticket on the Dehra seat has been kept on hold.

In Hamirpur, Dr. Pushpendra and BJP’s Ashish Sharma will be contested. At the same time, there will be a fight between Bawa Hardeep Singh and BJP’s KL Thakur in Nalagarh seat.
