Supreme Court to consider listing Sisodia’s fresh bail plea

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today said it will consider listing a fresh plea by Aam Aadmi Party leader and former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia seeking re-hearing of his bail plea in alleged excise policy scam cases.

The Supreme Court had on Tuesday refused to entertain Sisodia’s bail pleas in cases registered by the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the alleged Delhi Excise Policy scam.
