Excise policy case: HC lists Kejriwal’s plea against ED summons on September 9
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today listed for September 9 the hearing on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea challenging the summons issued to him by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with its probe into a money laundering case related to the excise policy.
A high court bench directed the AAP leader to appear before the ED. It has given four more weeks to respond to the reply filed by the ED. The senior counsel appearing for Kejriwal has sought more time to file a reply.
