Khalistan supporter Amritpal moves HC: MP seeks cancellation of detention under NSA

Chandigarh: Khalistan supporter and newly-elected MP from Khadoor Sahib, Amritpal Singh, who is lodged in Assam’s Dibrugarh jail under the National Security Act (NSA), approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Friday. Amritpal has sought detention and quashing of the entire action initiated under the NSA.
