Man brutally kills wife with axe over domestic dispute

Bathinda: In a shocking incident, a woman was brutally murdered by her husband over a domestic dispute in Ramgarh Bhunder village of Bathinda district last night.

The man killed his wife after attacking several times with an axe. As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and sent the body for a postmortem.

According to the information received, Mandeep Singh, a resident of Ramgarh Bhunder village, killed Harmanpreet Kaur with an axe due to domestic strife.

The deceased was married about a decade ago, and couple had two children. The body of Harmanpreet Kaur has been brought to the Government Hospital in Bathinda for a postmortem.
