Punjab MP Warring raises issue of Agniveer in Parliament, attacks BJP

New Delhi: Ludhiana MP Amarinder Singh Raja Warring raised the issue of Agniveer martyrs in Parliament today. He stated that, like regular army martyrs, Agniveer martyrs should also be respected. Additionally, he highlighted the issue of discrimination against Punjab by the central government.

He concluded by reminding the Prime Minister Narendra Modi that when he hoists the national flag from the Red Fort, he should remember that thousands of people from Punjab have sacrificed their lives for that flag. Their martyrdom is a source of pride.
