3 Punjabi students killed in road accident in Canada
Toronto: Three Punjabi students were killed in a road accident in Canada. The accident occurred because of a tire burst on the moving car.
The deceased have been identified as Rasdeep Kaur from Samana, and Navjot Somal and Harman, both residents of Burkada village near Amloh.
Navjot and Harman were siblings. The families of the deceased say that the Punjab government should take the initiative to bring the bodies back to Punjab. These students had gone to Canada for some time to study.
It is learned that the accident happened near the city of Mill Cove in Canada. The three were traveling from Moncton, New Brunswick, when the tire of their car burst, causing the car to overturn.
All three were thrown out of the vehicle, resulting in serious injuries. Subsequently, the local police took them to the hospital, where the doctors declared them dead. The family was notified of the accident.
