Special flights of Air India and IndiGo bring over 400 people from Bangladesh

New Delhi: Air India and IndiGo operated special flights to Dhaka, bringing in over 400 people during the volatile situation in the Bangladesh capital.

A special Air India flight brought 205 people, including six children, from Dhaka to New Delhi on Wednesday morning, an official said.

The airline said in a statement that IndiGo’s special flight took off from Dhaka to Kolkata on Tuesday to bring back Indian nationals from Bangladesh.
