HC extends interim stay on Puja Khelkar’s arrest till September 5

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has extended the interim stay on the arrest of former IAS probationer Puja Khelkar, which will remain in force till September 5, the next date of hearing.

Justice Subramanium Prasad of the Delhi High Court has adjourned till September 5 the hearing on the anticipatory bail plea of suspended IAS officer Puja Khelkar.
