SC reserves verdict against Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest and bail plea in CBI case
New Delhi: After Manish Sisodia, K Kavitha, Vijay Nair in liquor policy scam, will Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal may get the bail. The Supreme Court has reserved its order on giving bail to Kejriwal.
Earlier, Kejriwal’s lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi has made several arguments in the court. He alleged that the CBI did not want him to come out of jail.
Singhvi told the Supreme Court that Kejriwal has been granted interim bail in the ED case. He said Kejriwal was also granted 21-day interim bail for campaigning during the Lok Sabha polls.
