Bihar cadre IAS officer and former RJD MLA Gulab Yadav arrested in Money laundering case

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Bihar-cadre IAS officer Sanjeev Hans and former Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Gulab Yadav in connection with its probe into a money laundering case, officials said on Saturday.

Hans was detained from Patna while Yadav was taken into custody from Delhi by the probe agency under sections of the PMLA, they said.

The arrests were made following raids conducted by the ED on Friday. The money laundering case against Sanjeev Hans and Gulab Yadav is based on an FIR lodged by the Bihar Police.
