Air pollution: Schools closed up to Class XII in 11 districts of Haryana
Rohtak: Schools in 11 districts of Haryana have been closed till Class XII in view of the rising air pollution in the state. This decision has been taken by the Deputy Commissioners at their own level.
Earlier in the day, the state government authorised the deputy commissioners of all districts to close schools at their own level in view of the rising pollution.
These eleven districts are Faridabad, Gurugram, Rohtak, Rewari, Nuh, Jhajjar, Bhiwani, Mahendragarh, Charkhi Dadri, Panipat and Sonipat. Apart from this, schools in Jind have been closed till class 5.
