Indian skills key to Kuwait’s rebuilding, says PM Modi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Kuwait today for a two-day visit, marking the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister to the Gulf nation in 43 years. During his address to the Indian diaspora, Modi emphasized the significant role Indian skills will play in Kuwait’s rebuilding efforts.

Modi’s visit comes at the invitation of Kuwait’s Emir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. Upon his arrival, the Prime Minister was welcomed by Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Fahd Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah.

Earlier, Modi also interacted with Indian workers in Kuwait, acknowledging their contributions to strengthening ties between the two nations.
