Punjab Police ASI arrested for raping woman, forced pregnancy, abortion

Punjab News: A woman was allegedly raped by an ASI of Punjab Police. Not only this, the accused kept her obscene photo with him and also made a video. When the woman became pregnant, he forcibly aborted her by threatening to make the video viral.

The woman lodged a complaint against him with the police commissioner.
After this, after a five-month-long investigation, the allegations were found to be true. The authorities issued an order to register a case against the ASI. A case has been registered against ASI Sukhwinder Singh, a resident of Sangrur, under different sections of the Indian Penal Code ( IPC).
