PM Modi to visit US on February 12 to meet Donald Trump

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a two-day official visit to the United States from February 12, where he is scheduled to meet US President Donald Trump.

The Ministry of External Affairs announced the visit on Friday, with Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri stating that it aims to strengthen bilateral ties and set a new direction for India-US relations.

Before heading to the US, Modi will visit France from February 10 to 12 to co-chair the AI Action Summit alongside French President Emmanuel Macron.

During his stay, he will also visit Cadarache, the site of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, where India is a partner.
