Punjab police bulldozes drug mafia’s house under ‘War on Drugs’ campaign

Chandigarh: Punjab Police took major action against drug trafficking by demolishing the illegal property of a drug mafia member under the state government’s “War on Drugs” initiative.

Late last night, authorities used a bulldozer to raze the house of Sonu, a drug trafficker from Talwandi village.

Sonu has been involved in drug smuggling for the past three years and has six FIRs registered against him.

The Punjab government has intensified its crackdown on drug networks, targeting illegal properties linked to traffickers.
