Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann gives shagun to Satoj village daughter-in-law during appointment letter distribution

Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Wednesday distributed appointment letters to 763 youths at Tagore Theatre in Sector 18, Chandigarh.

The new recruits include employees from the health, education, and cooperative banking sectors.

During the event, Mann took a dig at his political opponents, including Union Minister of State Ravneet Bittu. He claimed that Bittu had come to his residence unannounced the previous day.

Mann said that while the people of Punjab decide who occupies the Chief Minister’s residence, they had rejected leaders like Bittu and would not entrust them with power.

Among the appointees was Sandeep Kaur, daughter-in-law of Mann’s native village, Satoj, who received her appointment letter during the ceremony.
