Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal ends 131-day fast, vows to continue MSP fight

Chandigarh: Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal ended his 131-day fast on Sunday. He made the announcement from the holy land of Fatehgarh Sahib, where he said the struggle for a legal guarantee on Minimum Support Price (MSP) would continue.

Dallewal had begun his fast on November 26, 2024, and started receiving medical care from January 18. He was discharged from the hospital a few days ago.
