80 liquor vends of AS & Co sealed in Punjab by NCB

Punjbaenews: The National Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) today sealed 80 liquor vends of AS&Company in Punjab. The company held a 25 per cent stake in the business of drug trafficking kingpin Akshay Chhabra. It is being told that Akshay Chhabra was investing the money earned from drug smuggling in the liquor business.

The NCB team, which reached Ludhiana from Chandigarh early this morning, sealed the contracts of this group.
Akshay Chhabra was arrested by the police while he was on the run from jaipur international airport. Akshay Chhabra and his associate Sandeep Singh are residents of Janta Nagar. Akshay Chhabra is the son of a big liquor baron. Along with the house of drug smuggler Akshay Chhabra, he had also purchased several plots.
