Arvind Kejriwal’s daughter Harshita ties the knot in simple ceremony at Kapurthala House

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s daughter, Harshita Kejriwal, married her college friend Sambhav Jain on Friday in a modest ceremony held at Kapurthala House, the official residence of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann in Delhi.

Harshita and Sambhav met while studying at IIT Delhi. Keeping with the families’ preference for simplicity, both the wedding rituals and the reception were conducted in a low-key manner.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, who hosted the event, was among the select guests. He and Kejriwal arrived at the venue together, underscoring their close ties.

Several other AAP leaders also attended the celebrations. The wedding ceremony was followed by a reception in the evening, with guests continuing to arrive throughout.
