AAP government to launch a major education project ‘School of Eminence’ today

Punjabenews: From today, the Aam Aadmi Party government is going to start a big project of education in Punjab. The state government is going to launch its first major education project “Schools of Eminence” from today.

Designed on the lines of Schools of Specialised Excellence in Delhi, in the first phase, 117 existing government schools will be upgraded as Schools of Eminence in which special attention will be given to students from 9th to 12th standard.
According to the government, the objective of the ‘School of Eminence’ is to revive education in government schools for the all-round development of children and to prepare them to become responsible citizens.
The schools aim to provide high quality education so that it becomes the most attractive option for parents.
