Two held for trespassing into Salman Khan’s Bandra residence

Mumbai: A man and a woman have been arrested for allegedly trespassing into actor Salman Khan’s residential building, Galaxy Apartments, in Mumbai’s Bandra area in separate incidents over the last two days, police said on Sunday.

According to an official from the Bandra police station, two FIRs have been registered in connection with the incidents that occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Tuesday, a 23-year-old man identified as Jatinder Kumar Singh was found roaming outside Khan’s house in the morning. A police officer posted there for the actor’s security asked him to leave. However, Singh allegedly became angry and smashed his mobile phone on the ground.

Later, he managed to enter Galaxy Apartments using the car of a resident from the building, though it remains unclear how he gained access to the vehicle. During interrogation, Singh reportedly said he wanted to meet Salman Khan.

Further details about the second incident involving the woman are yet to be disclosed.
