Youth dies of drug overdose

Punjabenews: A youth was reported to have died due to drug overdose at village Dhariwal Kaler in Tehsil Ajnala.

Sukhwinder Kumar, the only brother of two sisters belonging to a poor family, died due to drug overdose yesterday.
Accusing the local police of not taking action against the drug smugglers, the villagers said that drug smugglers in the village openly sell drugs in the street mohalla, but no action is taken despite the local police being aware of the drug smugglers. Due to which the young sons of the people are trapping in this menace.
