TRS leader’s son, 4 minors among 6 held for sexual assault of minor girl

A TRS leader’s son and five of his friends sexually assaulted a minor girl in Telangana’s Jangoan district and posted a video of it on social media. Police have arrested the accused and detained five of his accomplices, four of whom are minor boys.

A 20-year-old man, who is the son of a local Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) leader in Jangoan district, and five of his friends were taken into custody for sexually assaulting a minor girl in Chilpur Mandal. Among the five, four of the boys are minors. The accused had also shared a video of the assault on social media.
