Will Manish Sisodia celebrate Holi in jail, Court defers bail plea hearing to March 10

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia’s detention ends today if sources are to be believed, the CBI will not seek remand today. In such a situation, the court can send Manish Sisodia to jail in judicial custody. His bail hearing will be held on March 10. It is also possible that the ED will come to the court today to take manish Sisodia’s remand in the money laundering case.

The CBI had arrested Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia on February 26 for allegedly not cooperating in the probe into the Delhi excise policy case and evading questions from investigators.
A special CBI court on Saturday extended Sisodia’s custody till March 6. Today his CBI custody is ending. He will be produced in court today.
