US Presidential advisory panel recommends extending H-1B visa’s grace period

Washington: US President Joe Biden’s advisory sub-committee has recommended increasing the current grace period from 60 days to 180 days for H-1B visa workers who have lost their jobs so that employees can get time to find new jobs.
