Court rejects anticipatory bail plea of Sukhbir Badal in Kotkapura firing case

Chandigarh: In a major set back to SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal, the court on Thursday rejected his application seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kotkapura firing case.

Meanwhile, the court, however, granted the anticipatory bail to former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in this case.
Earlier, the court also rejected Badal’s request for copy of a charge sheet filed by vigilance in this case.
