Mohali Court to hear case of Jagtar Singh Hawara in CM Beant Singh murder case

Chandigarh: A Mohali court will hear the case of Jagtar Singh Hawara of Babbar Khalsa International, who killed former Chief Minister Beant Singh. Jagtar Hawara has filed a discharge application in the case. The case will be heard by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge.
