Police invoke NSA against Amritpal Singh, Punjab told the High Court

Chandigarh: The hearing in the Amritpal case is going on in the High Court. The high court has asked the Punjab government that if Amritpal is a threat to the country, then why he has not been caught so far.

The court said that if his accomplices have been caught, then why was he not arrested. The court has made a strong comment on this matter and termed it as an intelligence failure. The High Court has summoned advocate Tannu Bedi to the court. The next hearing in this case would be four days after.
Meanwhile, the Punjab government told the court that the government has imposed NSA on Amritpal Singh and he would be arrested soon.
